Find answers to common questions regarding the employee discount program, employee raffle program, and portal functionality.
You may request a discount code by visiting the portal and clicking "Discount Request" from the menu items. If you are eligibile for a discount, you will be given the option to select an email address to deliver your coupon code to. Once approved, your code will be immediately sent.
When using your discount online, during the checkout process simply enter your code into the "promo code" box in your shopping cart.
If you lose the email which contains your coupon code, you may simply make another request. If your coupon code is unused and not expired, it will deliver the existing code. If that code is no longer valid you will be provided with a new one.
Each transaction can be tracked and tied back to your account using your assigned unique code. As soon as a purchase is completed it will be marked on your account and your monthly balance will updated. You may view your monthly purchases in the portal on the dashboard page.
You can request a password reset at: https://employees.dtlr.com/Account/ForgotPassword.
Enter your Employee ID and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. All password reset emails will be sent to the primary email address associated with your account. Password resets WILL NOT work for new users. You must first login using your default credentials which are outlined under the login form.

In order to update your coupon delivery addresses, pleases edit your personal profile.
Please reach out to HR and ensure they have been notified of your transfer. Once they make the change in your employee records it will automatically update in the portal.
